Repair Ninja is Nathan’s local business in Cookeville. It needed a way to reach local customers and yet not break the bank while doing it. With mixed results from radio ads and the expensive nature of billboards and Yellow Pages ads, Repair Ninja wanted a more cost-effective and measurable way to bring people in the door.
After 4 months, Repair Ninja was able to rank 1st in Google local searches for “computer repair”, “iPhone repair”, “iPad repair”, and other keyword phrases relative to their services. I set up Google Analytics to show daily site visits. A clear call to action for people to contact them was also set up through their webpage. Both of these steps were measurable and have seen outstanding growth month-to-month.
Repair Ninja’s social networks were optimized and they make posts to them at least once a week. Their Google reviews are prominently shown in most of their keyword searches to build trust and increase clicks to their page.
